Brand Story Mission Vision Sustainability at Kyphie

Where ancient rituals meet modern living.

Kyphie takes its name from Kyphi, one of the earliest recorded fragrant blends, created in Ancient Egypt over 3,000 years ago. It was used in sacred rituals to calm the mind and connect the physical with the spiritual. It was later said to be the final perfume worn by Cleopatra. Ritual, refinement, intention.

Mission

To bring the benefits of essential oils into everyday life through modern, ready-to-use blends that restore balance to the mind, body, and soul.

Vision

To make scent a meaningful part of daily rituals. Helping people slow down, reconnect, and feel well in the world they live in.

Sustainability at Kyphie

For us, sustainability isn’t a trend. It’s a responsibility.

Every choice, from sourcing to production to packaging, is made with intention. We believe well-being goes beyond the individual. It includes the planet and the people behind every ingredient.

Our approach

Inside Out

Inside Out is Kyphie’s ingredient glossary. A closer look at the natural essences and botanicals that shape our blends.

We believe in transparency. In showing what goes into each formulation and why it’s there. Where it comes from, what it does, and how it supports your well-being.

From field to bottle, Inside Out lets you explore the origins, properties, and purpose of every ingredient we use, chosen for its purity and effectiveness.

Simple knowledge. Thoughtfully shared.

Say Hi To Abhishek

My earliest scent memory is sandalwood incense drifting through our home. It was a quiet daily ritual, and it taught me early how scent can ground you.

My aunt, Bhuvana, a perfumer, noticed my curiosity and introduced me to essential oils. She showed me how fragrance could calm the mind, support recovery, and shift emotion. By my teens, oils were already part of how I lived.

Years later, in Paris, I realised something was missing. The kind of thoughtful, ready to use essential oil blends I had grown up with were almost impossible to find. That absence stayed with me.

After working in the luxury industry and consulting with IFRA, the direction became clear. People were looking for transparency, well being, and scent that served a purpose, not just a moment.

Kyphie grew from that realisation. It’s my way of bringing ritual back into everyday life. Not loud. Not complicated. Just small, intentional moments that help you feel anchored.
